Course Content (Syllabus)
The course, which is taught in twenty (20) Departments of AUTH, divided into two (2) phases. The first phase includes seminarsrelated to financial and legal knowledge and skills related to antistochi training students to be able to create in future a small ormedium size with innovative features. Also, the formation of appropriate psycho-mental background for the development and manifestation, both of entrepreneurship in the broadest sense, and other innovation in enterprise applications. The second phase includes remedial courses in which students produced by a Business Plan (Business Plan) using specialized software for operational planning, based on a business idea, especially for students of the Department, forms religious and cultural context. 1. Introduction. The meaning of Enterprising. Technology – innovation – enterprising. Profile of a modern businessman. 2. Main principles of management for small enterprises. Effective decisions, programming, planning, management and control. 3. Main principles of marketing for small enterprises. Evaluation of external and internal business environment, analysis of S.W.O.T. 4. Investment programmes. Evaluation 5. Financial analysis, organizing an accountant’s office. Tax and insurance liabilities 6. Financing sources for a new enterprising or an innovating idea. Making a financing plan 7. Enterprising and financial development. Enterprises and new technologies.
