Course Content (Syllabus)
Object of the class are the legal rules regarding both the award as well as the execution of public procurement contracts, as influenced the EU public procurement directives. Beyond substantive law, we shall discuss issues regarding judicial protection before administrative courts both in the award and in the execution phase of the contract.
