Course Content (Syllabus)
A) Land transport law: Land transport contract. Order of transport by land. Contemporary forms of transport (succesive,combined and mixed).
B) Air transport law: Air transport according to the Montreal Convention. National or inland transport according to ALC. EU Law. Freedom of air transport in EU. Liability of the international and national passenger air carrier. Protection of the passenger as consumer in the intercommunity transports.
