The historical foundations of the law in Europe; Written and unwritten law; the person as subject and object of law; legal pluralism.
The constitution; the separation of powers; political rights; political parties, state and church relations.
The courts; applicable law; arbitration.
The classification of subject - matters in the Civil Code; historical background of the obligations; liability and responsibility; ownership; real sureties; law of marriage; law of successions; judicial protection of private interests.
Unions of independent states.
The notion of the crime according to the offender's intention; the purpose of the penalty; the historical evolution of the principle "nullum crimen nulla poena sine lege"
