Course Content (Syllabus)
Preconditions of the Vienna Convention's application and its interpretation. Formation of the international sales contract. Obligations of the seller and of the buyer. Types of contractual breach, espesially the fundamental breach of contract. Remedies of the parties in case of a contractual breach, espesially the claim of compensation.
