Learning Outcomes
The students after the conclusion of the lectures would have a first but at the same time advanced knowledge of the market law, as well as a knowledge of the competition law. This scientific approach would give them the opportunity of a better contact with other fields of law studies. They would also obtain the necessary basis for a deep specialization in the related scientific fields.

Course Content (Syllabus)
1. General Introduction-Concept of competition-Competition law. 2. The general clause of unfair competition - unfair acts under the general clause - Illegal “in stricto senso” competitive acts (Inaccurate Statements, announcement of sale of goods from bankruptcy, acts against the reputation of the business etc). 3. Legal protection (The individual civil claims, proceedings). 4. Antitrust Law - The prohibiton of agreements preventing, restricting or distorting competition - Abuse of dominant position - Juristiction - procedure.
