Learning Outcomes
The lesson approaches historically, theologically and ritually the monumental text of the sacred operation attributed to the Archbishop of Constantinople Saint John Chrysostom, her prayers, wishes and hymns. The historical documentation of its origins and evolution follows: 1) the exalted analysis of the theological and moral content of its wishes and hymns, 2) the thorough investigation of its formal and ritualistic issues, and 3) the emergence of the value and the grace of the Eucharistic meetings of the faithful and their importance for the constitution of the Church.
