Learning Outcomes
The students who attend the course are expected to realize the problems involved in the interpretation of the sources and to γετ familiar with the bibliography of the specific scientific fields. The seminar will deal will the critical reading of the sources, the oral or written weekly presentation of the sources, under a specific research question and an analytical research tool.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The seminar deals with the study of the various sources of the ancient Greek and Roman worlds. It includes the understanding of the historical text, the assession of the credibility of the author, the interpretation of the technical terms, application of theory to practice, and the familiarization of students with the relevant bibliography.
