General Prerequisites
For the participation in the Psychiatry 6th year examinations, a successful examination in Psychiatry 8th Semester is required.
Learning Outcomes
Clinical training emphasizing in the detection, differential diagnosis and the final diagnosis of mental disorders, appropriate patient-doctor communication, understanding of therapeutic and prognostical issues and, finally, the significance of the prevention of mental disorders.

Personality development, mental state examination, anxiety disorders, somatoform disorders, adjustment disorders, affective disorders, schizophrenia, delusional and schizoaffective disorders, psychosomatics, organic mental disorders, substance addictions, alcoholism, personality disorders, eating disorders, psychoacoustics, psychiatric emergencies, social-community psychiatry, psychiatry of the child and adolescent, biological therapies, psychotherapies, psychometric evaluation of the mental patient.
