Course Content (Syllabus)
Digital cartographic data base. vector structures, topology of vector data, vector spatial analysis, statistical analysis, spatial statistics, overlays, simple geometric algorithms in a GIS, line and polygon intersections, >uncertainty in GIS, metadata, raster structures, raster spatial analysis, map algebra, regular and irregular tessellations DTM, grid, TIN, 3D- models, quadtrees, octrees, pyramids
