1. Anatomic and neurological principles of stretching. 2. Flexibility at growth ages. 3. Flexibility at athletes. 4. Flexibility at untrained and elderly. 5. Methodological problems of flexibility measurements. 6. Flexibility measurements in athletes and untrained persons. 7-8. Practice on flexibility measurements. 9. Stretching methods. 10-12. Practice of stretching methods. 13. Research design of flexibility in athletes and untrained persons.
