Course Content (Syllabus)
1. Measurement and Evaluation. Benefits of lab and field tests.
2. Estimation and determination.
3. Ergometers, practical applications.
4. Chronological and biological age. Anthropometry, body height and body weight.
5. Body mass index, somatotype, body surface, and waist to hip ratio.
6. Estimating the VO2max with questinnary. Measurement and evaluation of the aerobic power.
7. Estimation of the VO2max with the Astrand method.
8. Practical application.
9. Sopatotype, biological characteristics of the athletes.
10.Measurement and evaluation of resting, submaximal and maximal heart rate and blood pressure. Practical application.
11. Ergophysiological evaluation of human performance in altitude.
12. Ergophysiological evaluation of human performance in team sports.
13. Range of motion. Function and electromyographical activity of abdomins and back muscles. Evaluation of the ranfe of motion.
