1. History of Weight Lifting - Basic Techniques. 2. Rules of Arasee - learning the technique of Arasee. 3. Epole Zet Regulations - Learn Epole Zet Technique. 4. Workout Planning - Special Strength Exercises. 5. Technique Techniques for Beginners - General Strength Exercises. 6. Errors and Corrections in Weight Lifting Technique. 7. Training Programs - Applying daily training. 8. Weekly Planning - Implementation of various programs. 9. Practitioner for injury prevention. 10.Applying Olympic exercises to different sports.

Description
Theory: Written examination with questions about methodology of learning the technique, the methods of power development, the training methods, the basic regulations. Practice: Execute the basic techniques of the sport, finding errors in athletes that perform the basic techniques, knowledge of basic auxiliary exercises.
