Learning Outcomes
Aim: Upon successful completion of the specialization, the students will have the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to be able to teach Zi Zitsu's sport and its systems (Jiu Jitsu/Ne Waza, Duo system, Fighting system, Self Defence) correctly and completely. It also aims to contribute to get a job, in the private sector, in the field of 'self-defense' in gyms and generally where it is taught to practitioners of all ages. The impart knowledge (theoretical and practical) for the teaching of knowledge (theoretical and practical) for its teaching as an additional alternative/differentiation in the physical education curriculum, throughout the education cycle, in all cycles of education with the prospect of pleasant and safe exercise (sports, physical activity, self-defense).

Course Content (Syllabus)
Lectures 1. Annual programming. 2. Peak fitness and periodization (cycles). 3. Specific forms of training in ju Jitsu and combat sports. 4. Practicing in the weight lifting room. 5. Basic regulations of competition of ju Jitsu. Self-defense and sport. 6. Sensitive parts (pressure points/vital points) of the human body. 7. Natural arms of the human body. 8. Injuries in combat sports. 9. Behavior and rules of conduct - self-defense with application to extreme situations. 10. Invitation to famous trainers and representatives of federations partner (jujitsu, judo, etc.)- Career advancement. 11. Self-defense in the army, police, and security companies. 12. Fitness test. 13. Presentations of the essays. 14. Presentations of the essays. Practice 1. Pins or matholds -combinations (osae komi waza). 2. Hip throwing techniques (koshi waza), Group 2. 3. Foot throwing techniques (ashi waza), Group 2. 4. Hand and shoulder throwing techniques (te waza, kata waza), Group 2. 5. Forward sacrifice projections (ma sutemi waza) Group 1. 6. Side sacrifice projections (yoko sutemiwaza) Group 2. 7. Chokes-strangles techniques (shime waza), Group 1. 8. Chokes-strangles techniques (shime waza), Group 2. 9. Joint locks techniques (kansetsu waza). 10. Grappling/submission games (type Koshen judo, jujitsu). 11. Self-defense techniques with pre-arranged attack 1 12. Self-defense techniques with pre-arranged attack 2 13. Self-defense techniques with pre-arranged attack 3 14. Fighting system jiu jitsu (full ippon). The throw techniques of practical part II are taught in conjunction with attack techniques/body-striking (atemi), matholds, Joint locks techniques, Chokes-strangles techniques.
