Learning Outcomes
The course is designed to study the methods of measurement and evaluation of physical capacity in the muscular effort, the biological determinants of human performance parameters and biological adaptations achieved by exercise. Moreover, given the opportunity to study the physiological adaptations of the athletes leading to improvement and maximize athletic performance.
