Course Content (Syllabus)
Investments and financing of entrepreneurial activities. Balance sheet and cash-flows statements: principles and basic elements. Capital structure and financing forms. Commercial and bank funds. Stocks and the stock exchange market. Bonds and loans. Factoring and leasing.
