Learning Outcomes
The main target of the present course is the acquisition of the necessary knowledge for the recognition and comprehension of the prescriptions following by the preparation of the appropriate technological formulation Acquisition of the necessary knowledge and possibilities for the recognition either of the raw material that are used in the different types preparations of the technological formulations, as far as the evolvement of the student skills in the management of the different preparation methods of the formulations. Nevertheless the students will be familiarized with the handling of the different laboratory apparatus and implements

Prescription, Dispensing, dosimetry, Pharmacopoeia, Formulations liquid, solids, aromatic waters, solutions, drops, syrup, emulsions, suspensions, ointments, pastae, suppositories, tablets, capsules, extractions: liquid, dried, essential oils: production methods, percentage determination, analysis etc, Gas Liquid Chromatography, labels, medicinal gas, bandages, incompatibilities, dispensing problems.
