Learning Outcomes
The participants will be able to: a. understand the basic concepts of economic evaluation of environmental and cultural goods, of the environmental dimension of spatial planning, of the importance of land tenure as a development factor of a region, b. apply environmental/cultural economics methods as well as methods of environmental spatial planning to case studies, c. investigate the intertemporal effects of land tenure on the mountainous and marine space.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Economic evaluation and management of space. Modern approaches in the spatial planning and organization. a. First mile- Last mile problem. b. LEED-ND: Neighborhood environmental planning in the frame of spatial sustainable development. Land tenure as developmental factor in the mountainous and marine space.
