Learning Outcomes
The purpose of the module is to help students understand the contemporary organizational environment as well as to perceive the required managerial skills and abilities for the effective function of organizations. In addition, the aim of this module is to enrich the theoretical and practical insights of students regarding the effective implementation of management functions.

Course Content (Syllabus)
The present module will focus on the history of management science as well as the dynamic and developing organizational environment. Moreover, it will delve into the core functions of management namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Last, it will emphasize the role of managers for the efficient and effective organizational functioning.
