Learning Outcomes
After the successful examination of the course the students will have the basic knowledge on linear algebra of vector spaces and matrices, matrix diagonalization and linear systems, as well as analytic geometry.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Vector spaces and vector calculus - inner products, cross products, mixed products, linear independence and basis. Linear transformations - polar and spherical coordinates. Matrices and matrix calculus - determinants - eigenvectors, eigenvalues and diagonalization. Linear Systems of equations - homogeneous and inhomogeneous systems. Analytic geometry.
