a) Computer Science applications in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology b) Introduction to Bioinformatics c) Use of electronic resourses (Internet, NCBI, EXPASY, ΕΒΙ, PDB) for Molecular Biology and Genomics/Proteomics. d) Comparative study of DNA, RNA and protein sequences through databases (Pairwise Sequence alignment; BLAST; Advanced Database Searching) e) Multiple Sequence Analysis f) Protein Analysis and Proteomics g) Protein Structure
