Biochemistry: Structures of proteins, nucleic acids - Interaction of nucleic acids with other molecules. Biosynthesis and biodeconstruction of proteins and nucleic acids. The information in the structure of DNA - Transmittance of information. Methods of determination of structure of biological molecules. Laboratorial familiarization with techniques of isolation and determination of proteins. Control of enzyme action. Interaction of proteins with nucleic acids.
