Learning Outcomes
Onomastics is the study of specific names of people, places, animals etc.. The first part, will
examine the fundamental meanings that belong to specific field. The linguistic status of the own name, phonology, spelling, morphology, syntax and theories of meaning of the proper name will be studied in the second part.
