Learning Outcomes
Students are expected within the Geography lesson: To understand the form and dimensions of the earth as a planet To familiarize themselves with the use of maps, cartographic projections and projection systems used to build maps of Greece To understand the principles of topographical surveying. To use aerial photos To create digital maps To use digital data bases of cartographic data. To familiarize themselves with the basic notions of Geography, in order to be able to teach them at secondary education level.
