Student Assessment
The final evaluation of the students is based upon:  Submission of 4 papers during the semester on several design issues (construction of engineering geological model, design parameters selection, slope stability analysis, prediction of behaviour in underground excavation, water tightness under a dam).  Submission of a larger paper. The paper involves the submission of a certain part of a design and students are educated on special softwares of data evaluation and stability analysis.
