Course Content (Syllabus)
Environmental stress. Performance in hot and humid environments. Acclimation in hot and humid environments. Performance and acclimation to cold environment. Performance in acute exposure to altitude. Chronic exposure and acclimatization to altitude. Training models in altitude. Athletic competition in altitude. Performance in hyperbaric conditions. The effect of air pollution on the exercise and performance in cities. The influence of the environment on biorhythms. Maintaining physiological advantages of acclimation.
