Learning Outcomes
Must be able: 1. To teach the apropriate technique to track and field athletes from 16 jears old to the highest level, 2. To train all the components needed to improve the performance, 3. To plan an anual training cycle, 4. To plan a long term training cycle.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to design training programs at the level of training units, microcycles, mesocycles and macrocycles for all the track and field events.
