Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester the student will be able to: 1. recognize and understand the basic structure elements of a screenplay and also to understand the way these elements are composing a film. 2. understand the elements for the composition of a character, dialogue and the theme of a film. 3. to write scenes.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Βasic principles and methods of screenwriting and screenplay analysis. Classical narrative techniques , forms and systems of screenplay construction .The film theory of this semester is combined with scene’s writing and development of film characters

The final evaluation is according the below: 1. The written test at the end of the semester 50% 2. the active participation at the courses 10% 3. the written assignments/exercise during the semester 40%
