Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester the students will be able to: 1. process and edit a film with the use of new technologies. 2. use special software for editing films. 3. develop the aesthetic to create film compositions. 4. prepare the footage for DVD.

Course Content (Syllabus)
"Rules" and "usual ways" of film decoupage and editing to familiar situations and in different types: Funny scenes, impressionist, descriptive and documentary sequences. Philosophy of editing and analyzing films from the world cinema (Japanese, American and European), (composition exercises with archive footage).
