Course Content (Syllabus)
The course aims at connecting the courses of Constitutional Law, Constitutional Liberties, Administrative Law and Administrative Procedural Law. From Constitutional perspective the course emphasizes mostly on the judicial review of constitutionality of laws, the law making procedure and the restrictions of constitutional liberties.
