Upon completion of the course students are able to: 1) understand in depth the most important issues within the field of commercial law 2) use in practice the knowledge they have acquired and develop arguments in order to solve practical issues within their scope of knowledge 3) developed the necessary skills for further studies at postgraduate level.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Τhe course under the title ADVANCED COURSE IN COMMERCIAL LAW, includes in-depth study of scientific fields of commercial law, already taught to students in the course of general commercial law, company law, negotiable instuments law and bankruptcy law.The course does not include specified content but formed by each teacher creating complex and practical issues, which include the major topics of the above branches of commercial law. This course aims at the consolidation of the aquired knowledge and development of the necessary skills to put the theory into practice.
