Course Content (Syllabus)
Comprehension of concepts and theories regarding motivation, needs, insticts, drive, anxiety, frustration, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, cognitive consistency, cognitive conflict, attributions, achievement motive, achievement goals, self-determination theory, self-concept, volition, self-regulation. Αpplication of motivation theories to phenomena of everyday life.
