Fostering exploration of musical creative self, interactive use of music, sensitivity to group dynamics and music therapy interventions (containing, holding, mirroring etc).
Course Content (Syllabus)
The course is mainly experiential and interactive. It is about a more advanced training based on the first level training offered in Fall semester at the course: “Music Therapy: Music Techniques I”. 50 hours of clinical practice, clinical reports and presentations of case studies are mandatory. Group supervision offered.
Prerequisites: “Introduction to Music Therapy”, “Music Therapy: Techniques I”.
The course “Music Therapy approaches” can be prerequisite or the student can attend this course at the same semester he/she attends the; “Music Therapy” Music techniques II”
