Course Content (Syllabus)
Specific subjects on gene technology and biotechnology in animal reproduction. Application of molecular genetic in Farm Animals. Artificial Insemination in Domestic animals. Embryo transfer. Ovum and embryo freezing. In vitro ovum fertilization and embryo maturation (IVF-IVM). Gene transfer - Transgenic animals. Embryo cloning. Incorporation of Biotechnology into Animal Breeding strategies.Protection and Preservation of genetic animal resources.
