Learning Outcomes
After the successful completion of the course the students will be able to analyze and model a problem and apply the proper algorithm for its solution. Moreover the students will be introduced to the basic techniques that can be used to solve various problems that exist in business administration. These techniques help managers to proper decision making.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PERT/CPM, PERT/COST, MARKOV CHAINS (TRANSITION MATRIX, STATIONARY PROBABILITIES, ABSORBING STATES), NETWORK MODELS (SHORTEST PATH PROBLEM, MINIMAL SPANNING TREE PROBLEM, MAXIMAL FLOW PROBLEM), DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING, DECISION MAKING THEORY.
