After the successful completion of the course, students should: know the basic metabolic pathways of human metabolism know how each metabolic pathway is regulated know the role of basic metabolic pathways to the satisfaction of major nutritious human needs know how the basic metabolic pathways are correlated and interact with each other understand how the basic metabolic pathways are correlated with major metabolic diseases

Description
Student assessment includes: Oral examination. Students are examined in groups of 4-5 people by two teachers at the same time Written examination in laboratory courses, where the grade "excellent" increases by 10% the final grade.
