General Prerequisites
Specialized knowledge in processes issues, microstructure and material properties.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: - understand the connection between the microstructure of properties and the processes of materials. - get to know the basic characteristics of material imperfections and understand their role in the properties of materials - understand the basic mechanisms of corrosion of materials - understand the basic mechanisms of individual diffusion of materials and formulate Fick's laws - become familiar with techniques and methods for determining the mechanical behavior of metal materials
