Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of the course, the students will know: a) how to combine the knowledge and the way of thinking of a basic science, such as physics, with a clinical science, such as medicine, towards the attempt to understand and explain biological phenomena. b) the basic physical principles upon which many medical specialties are based. c) the fundamental operating principles upon which many medical instruments and imaging equipment are based. d) the use and operation of basic instruments and systems used in Medicine.
