After the successful completion of the course students will be able to:
a) understand the ideological and political conditions in which ecclesiastical history was shaped in Greece during the first half of the 20th century
b) evaluate the historical context of the time, in which many important ecclesiastical personalities have provided important work.

The course examines issues of the church history in Greece during the first half of the 20th century. It examines the historical, ideological and political context,personalities and events of this period.
