Learning Outcomes
STUDENTS SHALL LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT IN ANY COMPANY, PRODUCTION OR SERVICES AND THE REQUIRED SKILLS THE OPERATIONS MANAGER NEEDS TO ACQUIRE IN ORDER TO MANAGE EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY THE NOWADAYS COMPANY IN THE NEW BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT WITH GLOBAL OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY NETWORKS.

Topics investigated: Introduction, Detection of BPs, Modelling, BP Discovery, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, Redesign, Process Mining
