Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to understand, create, edit and manage all "types" of two-dimensional graphics, as well as organize Visual interventions, using ALL "current" and daily "applications" in the field of Print Media.

Mechanical parts of a computer and peripheral devices.
Software and Operating Systems: MacOs - Windows - Linux.
Fonts and Font management.
Image resolution, color systems (RGB and CMYK).
From scanning to printing.
Digital photo editing.
Graphics and Graphic File Types.
Vector drawing programs (Vector) - practice.
Digital Illustration Programs (Bitmap) - practice.
DTP Programs - practice.
Semester Works:
1. Artists Dosier with the use of Digital Media.
The work is delivered in printed form (a Book) and a CD.
2. From CONCEPT to ICON: Creation and Design of a Personal Logotype and possible "adaptions" of it, as an Artistic intervention in Public Space.
