Course Content (Syllabus)
SP 15 Judo (8th semester) Aim: To complete the theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the sports of Judo in order to be able to work in the sports area, on clubs, regional and national teams. Theory: 1. Various methods of learning the ground techniques Ne Waza. 2. Methodology of learning of hold-down and escaping ground techniques Osaikomi Waza. 3. Methodology of strangling techniques Shime Waza and joint techniques Kansetsu Waza. 4. Methodology of learning combinations of hand, feet, and hip techniques (Renraku Waza). 5. Programming the training units, training schedule. Special forms of training (Tandoku Renshu, Sotai Rensu). 6. Methodology of learning counter attack techniques (Gaeshi Waza). 7. Methodology of learning to plan a training day, short cycle, long term cycle of a one year and a 4 year planning. 8. Teaching of psychological, mental, ethical and esthetical preparation. 9. Analysis of bio-kinetics of the throwing techniques at Judo. 10. Methods of developing special skills at Judo (special stamina, speed, outburst and strength. 11. Competition tactics, techno-tactical moves at a competition from a standing position and on the ground. 12. Control test at Judo. 13. Selection of new athletes. Selection criteria. Practice: 1. Learning and perfecting the ground techniques Ne Waza. 2. Learning and perfecting the hold-down techniques Osaekomi Waza. 3. Learning and perfecting strangulation techniques Shime Waza. 4. Learning and perfecting joint techniques Kansetsu Waza. 5. Learning and perfecting combinations of hand techniques, feet techniques and hip techniques (Renraku Waza). 6. Learning and perfecting counter attack techniques Gaeshi Waza. 7. Special forms of training, practical training. 8. Presentation of training programs. 9. Planning of a training day, micro cycle, macro cycle training of 1 and 4-year planning. Presentation. 10. Special training at Judo. Developing special skills (special stamina, speed, outburst and strength). 11. Practical application of the control test at Judo. 12. Application of competition tactics, techno-tactical moves at a competition from a standing position and on the ground. 13. Selection of new athletes. Selection criteria.
