The module attempts to provide students with core insights regarding leadership in the educational context aiming at the implementation of effective leadership behaviors in the contemporary educational environment.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Classic and contemporary approaches of Leadership and Management in Education will constitute the theoretical background of the module. Results of research approaches in particular areas of leadership and its relationship with organizational institutions, organizational culture, organizational development, teamwork, motivation, change management, and conflict management will be presented in order to provide students with special knowledge and skills for the implementation of effective leadership in the modern educational environment.
