Course Content (Syllabus)
The course is an approach to the connection between the Greeks and migration and lastly on their repatriation. Populations which are being treated as minorities in the Greek educational system are recorded and there is an approach to the educational policy for intercultural education between the early 1980's and today. Philosophy and features of multiculturalism management, as it has been developed at international level, are being examined and there is a reference to intercultural policy in countries of Europe and in other continents. At the first level, the main factors affecting the operation of the multicultural classroom are being examined and then attention is also paid to the relationship among new institutions, approaches and pedagogical practices (all day school, flexible zone, Multicultural Curriculum, teamwork models) with the management of multicultural classes.
