Learning Outcomes
The main objective of the course is to give students basic knowledge of nutrition and exercise issues. In addition, students are informed about issues related to the specific needs of trainees in relation to the nutrients of food (macro-micro nutrients and water) as well as special requirements in relation to the training Plan and needs of each physical activity and sport.
