Upon the successful completion of the course:
- students acquire teaching and animation experience in real-life groups (in non-typical education of children, young people and adults)
- students are equipped with a variety of special Drama/Theatre in Education methods and appropriate techniques, in order to work in broader educational social and cultural contexts.
Course Content (Syllabus)
The Studio is interlinked with the two courses of Drama/Theatre Education as it constitutes the practical and the applied aspect of their acquired knowledge.
Emphasis is given on the practical training of the students in schools and various social and cultural institutions (museums, libraries, festivals, orphanages, elderly homes, vulnerable social groups) through the preparation, implementation and evaluation of TiE projects/interventions.
