Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
- analyze the environment of missionary action, its historical paths and cultural differences
- become familiar with the modern trends of Mission Theology
- develop arguments about the dimension and perspective of missionary action

Course Content (Syllabus)
Within courses, the nature and basis of the Mission are presented, as well its scope, its historical evolution, its position in the practice and teaching of the Church, and how it falls within the field of theological inquiry. Theological attitudes towards missionary thought, as well as its relations with other theological fields, are also examined. Finally, the special emphasis of the missionary on theological discourse and ecclesiastical practice is studied.
