Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the teaching of the 13 teaching units of the course: - Students will be able to know and analyze sociological terms, as well as their use over time. - They also seek to cultivate the ability to process and analyze Christian sources on Sociology and the door-to-door or secular literature, comparatively and dialectically. - In addition, they have the ability to elaborate the application of all these sociological sources to the modern reality of societies and the Church.

Course Content (Syllabus)
Conceptual development of the Science of Sociology of Christianity. Academic Theology and Sociology Relations. The social teaching of Christianity and its attitude to modern social problems. Sociology of the doctrine of morality and the worship of the Church. The interactive character of Christianity on an Ecumenical level. ANALYTICAL TRADITIONAL PROGRAM 13 TEACHING SUBJECTS 1. Methodological Sociology of Christianity. 2. Sociology of Divine Worship. 3. European Enlightenment and Christianity. 4. Modern Greek Enlightenment and Christianity. 5. Human Rights, Religious Freedom and Fundamentalism. 6. Orthodoxy and Europe. 7. Conflict and Dialogue of Religions and Cultures. 8. Globalization and Christianity. 9. Orthodoxy and International Relations. 10. Christianity and Political Economy. 11. Political Sociology and Church-State Relations. 12. Secularization, state and religion. 13.
