Learning Outcomes
Purpose of the module is to give students, females and males, the adequate knowledge on the basic technique in elements/exercises without apparatus, and handlings with rope and ball. The use of rhythmic apparatus (rope and ball) with music accommodation can be easily used for recreational and pedagogical purposes, and also for learning and improving motor skills in elementary and high.
