Upon successful completion of the course students will know: • the rules of track and field events. • the methodology of teaching the basic skills of track and field events. • the methodology of teaching the and the technique of the track and field events. The events that will be analyzed are: hurdles, middle and long distances, high jump, pole vault, javelin throw.

1. Hurdles technique 2. Development of endurance (running rate, speed changes, breathing) 3. Two-legged jumps, pole vault, jumping exercises. 4. High jump technique. 5. Javeling throw technique 6. Rotational throw technique
